Construction Management Services
We offer clients the opportunity to choose an alternative to the often adversarial enviroment typical of traditional general construction contracts. This leads to improvements in the effectiveness and productivity, resulting in cost savings to our client. Replacing the need for a main contractor, we take responsibility for the hands-on management of a project's dynamics and the direct management of individual trade components. This is achieved through the unbundling of multiple trade packages, each with a specialist contracted directly with the client. We make certain that suitable project control mechanisms are in place at conception. management systems are installed from the beginning of the conceptual phase and maintained throughout the process. Contract administration is a highly structured process, flowing towards the previously established goals of quality, budget and schedule. We mobilize the project, work with your development team during construction, organize and chair periodical meetings, review changes in the work, and assist as required with tenant negotiations and construction. Moreover, we will be there at the closeout to help finish any final punch list and final negotiations.
